Lawyer of the Externado University of Colombia, with a specialization in Business Law and Contract Law and Legal Business Relations of the same University. She has worked at the Industry and Commerce Superintendence since August 2001 as a lawyer for the Legal Advisory Office and the Competition Protection Delegation. Subsequently, she served as regulation group coordinator of this entity from 2008 to 2009 and from 2010 to 2011.

From April 2012 to July 2016, she served as advisor to the Delegate's Office for the Personal Data Protection. Since August 1st, 2016, she was appointed as Delegate Superintendent for the Personal Data Protection.
