He has a  Master in Intellectual and Industrial Property from the University of Barcelona and EAE Business School. Expert in Unfair Competition, Industrial Property, Consumer Law and Procedural Law. Member of the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law. He is a professor of postgraduate and master's degrees at the Externado, Javeriana and Santo Tomás universities, among others.
