Mónica María has a trajectory 100% digital and technological, with more than 19 years of experience leading marketing teams and developing digital strategies for sectors such as the financial, services, transportation solidarity sector and communications. She created and consolidated the area of Digital Marketing at Caracol. An area that today, she serves to the media companies of the group, like Caracol TV, Shock, Blu Radio, La Kalle, Caracol News, Gol Caracol, Caracol Play.
Currently, as director of Digital Marketing, she is in charge of designing the marketing and advertising strategies for the brands she has in charge. She also actively participates in creating new brands and digital businesses, innovation projects in the digital VP and development of content formats and current product innovation.
Creator of the brand Caracol Next, brand that represents the digital businesses of the group and among her responsibilities is the strengthening and development of it as a digital umbrella; In 2019 she created the digital innovation area at Caracol TV.
