German has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Sergio Arboleda University. He is passionate about cultural entrepreneur projects.

After considering himself to have two left feet for dancing, in 2010, he started his training as a salsa dancer, and from the year 2011, he has been part of the production of various international dance contests in Bogota and Seattle. Under the umbrella of Bajo GO Entertainment SAS, he has created multiple ventures, changing the way dancing is perceived. Among those ventures, there are The Bogota Salsa Tour, Un Social con Altura, and TuBaile.com. In the current year, he founded along with other players in the cultural sector The Metropolitan Association of Dance Academies as a way to dignify conditions in the sector amid the pandemic and long after it.

German defines his area of specialty as a danceable venture, and with his slogan "Dancing fits you" he tries to give hope to those who are initiating with dancing and remembers them that music and dance are with us all along the way, from our childhood to our old age.
