Rafael Echeverri
Rafael is an advertising professional with more than 25 years of experience in the creative sector, a music producer, and an event director.
In 1994, almost at the same time as completing his university degree, Rafael released his first records, projects that would lead him to create the independent label HateWorks in 2003, where he currently serves as Executive Producer and General Manager. At HateWorks, he has also worked with established and long-standing groups, taking his productions in physical format to more than 35 countries and 4 continents around the world.
In the area of events, his first productions were in his home city Manizales starting in the mid 1990's, producing medium-sized concerts before developing in 2006 the Manizales Grita Rock project, now known as the Grita Fest. After 14 editions, the festival has established itself as one of the most representative events of its kind in Colombia, with total attendance exceeding 220,000 and 340 artists on stage. 32 of those were performing for the first time in Colombia and 16 for the first time in South America.
