Juan is a systems and telecommunications engineer, telecommunications specialist, specialist in IT project management, and a Scrum Master. He has extensive experience of more than 10 years in the formulation and execution of technological projects focused on the adoption of new technologies in the public sector.

In his professional career he has participated in MinTIC projects related to the Vive Digital initiative, and also participated in the pilot project Blockchain Tierras developed by the National Land Agency that sought document assurance through this technology. He currently serves as team leader of requirements analysts, integration and tests of the ANT.
