Camila Salamanca is the Managing Director of Endeavor and has been part of Endeavor since July 2013, where previously served as the Director of Quest, Selection, and Services for Entrepreneurs division.

She has over 14 years of experience in the areas of consulting services, economic research, and support to the development of business ideas in various organizations. She had the role of Economist at ANIF (National Association of Financial Institutions), also she was the adviser and Director of the Macroeconomics Department at FEDESARROLLO, a consultant at TechnoServe, the Executive Director of Strategy and Development at Ensena por Colombia, and consultant at Compartamos con Colombia, among others.

Camila is an economist who graduated from the Andes University and who holds a Master's in Economics from the same university and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at Michigan University.
