Antonia Herrera
Antonia Herrera attended the Catholic University of Santiago in Chile, where she studied Fine Arts. Eventually, she had a position as Art and Animation Director. However, in 2008 she started her own animation studio, Punkrobot, co-founded by the Director Gabriel Osorio, the Executive Producer Pato Escala, and the Art Director Mari Soto-Aguilar. There she has collaborated on the creation and development of TV series projects for preschool children "Flipos" and "the Adventures of Muelin and Perlita." She has also collaborated on advertising campaigns and production of the Academy-Award for Best Short Film "Bear Story" (2016.)
She is also an author and illustrator, and along with Gabriel Osorio, they created the illustrated version of "Bear Story," which became a Best Seller in Chile. She is currently directing the second season of their preschool TV series "Guitar and Drum" with her co-creator, Mari Soto-Aguilar.
