She is Head of Blockchain Technology at the World Economic Forum. She began her career as a Wall Street lawyer before turning to philanthropy and technology for nonprofits, more than a decade ago.

Throughout her career, Sheila has represented banks, philanthropists, and progressive nonprofits. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Strategic Alliances and General Counsel at TechSoup. She also designed and launched ONGsource, an innovative service focused on international grants. She graduated from Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
