Nydia Remolina
Nydia is an Adjunct Researcher at the Singapore Management University Center for Artificial Intelligence and Data Governance. She holds a Master of Science of Law from Stanford University. She has worked for more than ten years in the financial service industry and has contributed to the academic sphere as a public speaker and researcher. Her main areas of work and academic research include financial regulation, financial markets, securities regulation, and Fintech. She has delivered speeches in many institutions in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. She has also been a public speaker to many international organizations, including The International Monetary Fund and the International Organization of Securities Commission (IOSCO.)
She has also served as Senior Advisor for the Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and as a foreign associate for Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (New York Office.)
