Juliana Carmona is an industrial engineer with over 15 years of experience in the management of projects related to innovation and technology. Currently, she serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Colombia Fintech.

For three years she was the Director of the Innovation Center at the Colombian Federation of Software and Related Information Technology, where she was working on innovation projects that included the integration of supply and demand of digital services and the strengthening of services, and thus, contributing to the competitiveness of companies operating in Colombia in the technology sector.

For five years, she worked at the Ministry of Information Technologies & Communications (MinTIC) where she designed and put into action projects for the strengthening of the Information Technologies Industry in Colombia, thus contributing to the creation of sustainable public policies.
