Jenaro González
Jenaro is a Plastic Arts professor at the Nacional University of Colombia, the Bogota campus, and holds a Master's in Animation from that same university. He has been engaged in animation production since the year 2008. His first artworks created as an undergraduate student were made on the stop-motion technique pixilation. After finishing his studies on animated cartoons in Granada, Spain (2009), he dedicated himself to 2D animation while also being passionate about drawing and technology he also works making illustration, mostly digital illustration.
Jenaro has worked with various studies and as a freelance in the production of commercials. He has been a recipient of public scholarships for the creation and production of animated projects. His works have been screened in several international and national film festivals, which has won him recognition at a national level. Since the year 2015, he has served as an animation and illustration professor in different universities. Currently, he is the Director, Supervisor, and Animator at Dinamita Animacion; and serves as an animation professor at the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University.
