Luis Uribe Córdoba works as an animator for Pixar Animation Studios in Emeryville, California.

Studied Industrial Design at the Xaverian University in Bogota and animation at AnimationMentor. He started his career in Colombia working on commercials and animated productions.

In 2010 was accepted to a summer program at the Rhythm and Hues Studio in Los Angeles, California. He worked in movies like Hop, Mr. Popper's Penguins, and Life of Pi, an Award-winning feature film for best visual effects. After three years in Los Angeles, he moved to San Francisco to work for Industrial Light and Magic/Lucasfilm in the movies Ninja Turtles and Jurassic World.

In 2015 he made the transition into animated movies, and one of his biggest dreams came true, which was working for Pixar. Has worked in movies like Finding Dory, Incredibles 2, Onward, Coco, and Toy Story 4 Academy-award for Best Animated feature film. He recently worked on Soul and is currently working on Luca.
