With 10 years of experience in the private sector and with the purpose to bring professional tools and methodologies to public management, Ernesto start to work in the Buenos Aires City Government four years ago. He is currently the Head of the UPE Mobile City, a commitment to the digital future of Buenos Aires, where differents platforms can be developed to improve and accelerate the neighbors' contact with the City.
