Jorge is a Lawyer graduated from Universidad de los Andes; he holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Tulane (New Orleans, U.S.) and is a Member of the VGBA - Video Game Bar Association. Jorge is partner at Bedoya & Visbal Abogados, a firm that specializes in advising digital content companies in Colombia, where he has had the opportunity to work with domestic and foreign companies in the interactive entertainment area.

He also serves as an advisor to the Gobernación del Atlántico’s Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) Department in areas related to development, promotion and support of the digital content industry in that region.
