Adam is the CEO of Iron Galaxy Studios, he is responsible for overseeing the finances, development strategies and building partnerships with other parties within the videogame industry. Previously, he served as Third-Party Relations and Development Technologies Group Vice President at Sony Interactive Entertainment America and during his tenure, the company achieved its highest revenue and profit margin in its history. Prior to this, Boyes was Executive Director and Director of Product Development at Midway Games and Capcom.

Hitos: Product Marketing Manager of Wargaming Born in 1971 in Copenhagen, Jacob started his career as a games journalist in 1998, as the editor for several games magazines. After working with several outlets including The Official PlayStation Magazine (Danish Edition), he dove deeper into the industry as the editor of “Manual” - the first industry-specific outlet in the Nordic region. There he was headhunted to be a part of the Nordic Game Program, which later turned in to the Nordic Game Conference, where he’s been serving for many years now, first as Communications Officer, and currently as CCO and Program Director. In 2017, he invented and introduced the Nordic Game Discovery Contest, currently in its fourth season, with qualifying rounds in Europe, Brazil, and South Africa, and with the Grand Finals taking place in May at Nordic Game 2020 in Malmö, Sweden.
