Emilce has more than 20 years of experience in social and institutional communication, as well as journalism and public relations. She worked in the public and private field for large clients, entrepreneurs, governments and civil society organizations. Her specialty is storytelling, content management and public speaking.

She trains, facilitates and executes strategies and contents for Playstation, Telecom, Grupo Clarín, I.T.F international, Motivf (consultancy firm in Washington D.C). She was also Media Officer at the Ministry of Planning of the Argentine Republic, in the Matanza-Riachuelo Watershed Authority (ACUMAR) sector and other cultural fields, she was content director for brands such as Bosch and Bahco, while working at the first Industrial Marketing Agency in the country. She also provides private consultancy for influencers and brands in different categories of products and services. She is founder and director of WonderBox Content.

Hitos: Expert Consultant Isabel is an Attorney at Law who holds a master’s degree in Economic Law, she is specialized in telecommunications regulation and law, as well as tax and administrative law. With more than 10 years of experience in the information and communications technology field, she has held positions as Director of the National Public Employment Service, ICT strategy consultant (CIO) at the National Service of Learning (SENA), Executive Consultant to the ICT Ministry and the office of the Minister, among others. She currently serves as an expert consultant in Innovation, Regulation and New Business for several different companies in the ICT industry.
