Education: David graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Radio, Television, and Film (1994). He holds a Juris Doctorate from Western State University in Fullerton, California (1996), and is an active member of the California Bar.

Career Path: David began his career in the music industry at KROQ in Los Angeles. After attending law school and working as a litigator. He became theDirector of Business Affairs for House of Blues Entertainment and went on to become the General Counsel for Sega of America and Southpeak Games.

David Stelzer has been working in business development and licensing for Epic Games to help developers and businesses throughout the Americas and Australia make amazing projects with Epic’s Unreal Engine since 2015.

Before Epic, David was the head of the games department at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Los Angeles, working with many of the industry’s top independent and AAA developers.

Milestones: David is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors for the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) and a member of the Board of Directors for the International Game Developers Association Foundation.
