Career path: Margarita is the head of marketing and events at WEConnect International for Colombia and Costa Rica. She supports the Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean to improve the image of entrepreneur women in both countries. Her role also involves supporting the participation of companies, public sector and other interested parties in supporting businesswomen in Colombia, Costa Rica and Latin America.
