Career path: Pedro is the research assistant at the Grupo Personal Robots. His research focuses on exploring mechanisms by which intelligent agents, such as robots, may be able to involve humans in self-reflective activities. He is also contributing in projects related to interactions of human robot stories and self-learning regarding literacy.

Befor Personal Robots, Pedro was part of the Learning Team in One Laptop per Child. He led multiple incursions in Colombia and Argentina, acting as the Head of Learning and Country Manager for OLPC Rwanda. Additionally, he worked in MIT D-Lab as instructor and researcher in thelowcost technology, education and waste management areas.
