Juan Pablo Buriticá is the Vice President of Engineering at splice.com, the "Github for musicians", where he has led and escalated a distributed team of engineers from 5 to +50 in less than 2 years. His mission is to enable musicians to unleash their creative potential in the world.

He has formed efficient engineering organizations, relying on Open Source software values, technical excellence, trust and empathy. He has also been responsible for the foundation and organization of more than 10 software conferences in the US and Latin America such as JSConf Colombia and has founded several JavaScript Meetups and led the growth of the Colombian JavaScript community, one of the largest Spanish-Speaking.
