Profile:

Caritta is the COO and co-founder of Tespack, a company specialized in mobile energy and whose customers and partners include Vodafone, Intersport and Save the Children. She has been shortlisted by Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe in 2018 as one of the young innovators reshaping the world and she was selected as one of the Top 100 Women in Wearables in 2018. She is passionate about technology and empowering others and is a mentor and advisor to aspiring young entrepreneurs and students.

Carritta has been awarded as one of the Top 10 Youth Entrepreneurs by YE Global and CYFI for her work towards youth social inclusion and as one of the Top 10 Women in Tech in 2017. She was also selected as one of the most outstanding women entrepreneurs in Europe by Ernst & Young in 2017 and has been an invited speaker at Women in Technology Conference Europe, I am Tomorrow, EcoSummit and Slush by EY among others while co-organising Women in Tech events, such as the first Women in Tech Forum in Lima in 2018 and the first Women in Tech Day in Valencia, Spain in 2016.

Caritta was selected as one of the youth leaders and delegate speakers on education for the largest youth leaders’ Summit One Young World in 2018 that gathers together leaders of States and government officials from around the world
