He is the founder and partner of Ruido Fest, the main alternative festival of Latin music in the United States that offers an eclectic selection of recognized artists in Addams / Medill Park (Chicago) for three days. As a cultural promoter, Eduardo has expanded the development of alternative musical scenes in Chicago with his visionary organization of events and the exchange of talent in important Latin American events.

For fifteen years he has also produced "Rock Without Anesthesia" (WLUW 88.7FM), serving as managing producer and host of the longest-running alternative Latin-Spanish program in the Midwest.

Eduardo is a music lover and a compulsive buyer of all kinds of recorded music formats, a hobby that has helped him in his work as a DJ in charge of converting all types of clubs into authentic rock dance floors, distilling his dark garage style.
