Profile:

Blanca has a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), she has more than 10 years of experience in the security and telecommunications sector. To her academic training are added specialized certifications in the field of security, quality and Information and Communication Technologies as the  Security Director of  the Ministry of the Interior, EFQM accredited evaluator or implanting and auditing in various Management Systems of the TIC field, among others.

From her current position in the Sub-Directorate of Cybersecurity Technologies, she is a member of the Security and Quality Management Committee of INCIBE for the maintenance and improvement of the Institute's cybersecurity services in accordance with the applicable international reference legislation and standards; ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000, LSP, RGPD, EFQM.
